Meet the Team
While Dr. Omeltschenko has all the usual degrees needed to be a dentist (more on these later), we find that what our patients really care about is the person behind the degrees. What type of dentist is he? How will they be cared for in his office? Here’s what you need to know about Dr. Omeltschenko:
– He’s the type of dentist that cares for the entire person, not just their teeth.
– He believes in treating people as though they were a member of his family and recommends the treatment that he would want them to have if they were his sister or brother.
– He is likes to learn. He likes to learn so much that he WILLINGLY attends over 100 hours of continuing education each year!
– He wants his dental work to last, so he uses high-quality dental materials.
– He likes to stay up to date on new dental technologies. He doesn’t invest in just any new technology, he focuses on ones that add comfort and convenience to patients.
Dr. Omeltschenko was raised in Cincinnati and attended Walnut Hills High School. He went on to receive a double major from the University of Cincinnati, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. From there, he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from The Ohio State University.
Dr. Omeltschenko is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association and a past board member of the Cincinnati Dental Society.
He currently lives in Northwest Cincinnati with his wife, Robin and their two children, Dominic and Sophia.

Amy worked with Dr. Omeltschenko for 10 years before leaving to teach the Dental Assisting program at Colerain High School. While at Total Dentistry, Amy served as Dr. Omeltschenko’s assistant for many years before moving up to the front of the office. After some time away, Amy decided she missed all of our wonderful patients and working with the staff at Total Dentistry so she returned as the Scheduling Coordinator.
